A team member is someone who actively contributes to your documentation—typically a part of your internal team.
You’ll be billed for each additional team member.
A reader, on the other hand, is someone who views your content. This can include both internal staff and external users. Readers are not billed.

In Archbee, a Space is a top-level container used to group related documents by team, project, or topic.
Spaces serve as the foundation for organizing your product knowledge.
They can be kept private for internal use or published externally to a custom domain.
Each Space includes a document tree, where documents can have multiple levels of nested child documents.

Archbee supports a wide range of use cases to meet all your internal and external documentation needs—including product docs, developer guides, user manuals, onboarding and training materials, process documentation, design specs, and even automated customer support.

The AI Add-on is sold separately from your main subscription—except for current Enterprise plans, where it’s already included.
Please note: Legacy Enterprise plans do not include the AI Add-on. For those, the add-on is available for $250/month and includes the same token limits.

Depending on your plan, the AI Add-on includes:

  • Growing: 20M tokens/month

  • Scaling: 40M tokens/month

  • Enterprise: 100M tokens/month

Token usage is calculated as follows:

  • Prompt tokens count as 0.5 token

  • Completion tokens count as 1 full token

Need more? Additional tokens are billed at $1.20 per million tokens.
You can also configure soft and hard limits to manage your monthly token usage.

We use OpenAI models hosted on Microsoft Azure's OpenAI service to ensure enhanced customer data privacy.
To provide a reliable and high-quality question-answering experience, we leverage GPT-3.5 or GPT-4+ models, depending on the use case and API availability.
