DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Puerto Rico, under the rules of JAMS.

• Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, whose decision is final and binding.

• Both parties waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial.

• The arbitrator may award monetary damages or other remedies allowed under state law but cannot modify these Terms.

• Each party will pay half of the arbitration costs unless the arbitrator awards fees to the prevailing party.

All arbitration proceedings, evidence, and the final award must remain confidential unless required for enforcement or legal compliance.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Uplinx.ai regarding SMS communications. Updates or modifications will be posted at https://uplinx.ai/sms-terms and are effective immediately unless otherwise noted.
